We really should recycle that country, or what's left of it..
reduce (or eliminate) - white nationalism/nazis, capitalism, “free market” economics
reuse - technological/medical knowledge & advancements, “we the people” part of the constitution (maybe some other parts, it wasn’t a totally bad document)
recycle (upcycle) - protest spirit, resistance culture, free speech, to create a new, liberal & democratic constitution that makes reparations for slavery (the first sin - edit: +indigenous genocide), corruption, crimes against humanity
