Was für ein aktuelles #Linux könnte auf einen alten #MacBook Pro (2009) noch laufen? MacOS kommt an die Grenzen und es werden kaum noch Programme unterstützt, will es aber noch nicht aufgeben. Hat wer eine Idee? Ich kenne mich nicht aus und bin im Netz nicht richtig schlau geworden.

@ingo da gibt es so ein tool. Ich meine das heißt vendor. Damit kann man sich mehrere ISOS auf einen Stick packen und dann testen, was besser läuft.

Ventoy is an open source tool to create bootable USB drive for ISO files. With ventoy, you don't need to format the disk again and again, you just need to copy the iso file to the USB drive and boot it.

@zipferlak @ingo ja genau. Wie man ja lesen kann, war ich mir nicht ganz sicher, wie das Programm heißt. Ich habe davon nur in einem Podcast gehört 😁

Persönlich nutze ich das nicht. Ich habe meine Distributionen, die ich als Daily Driver oder eben für den "Notfall" nutze.
