However repulsive the Iranian regime is, a war of aggression by imperialist actors will not and could not bring about the liberation of the Iranian people or bring peace to the region.
From Iraq to Ukraine to Iran, states like the US, Russia, and Israel have been eroding the post-World War II international consensus against aggressive war between states and I’m pretty sure it is now well and truly dead.
It was nice while it lasted and I suspect that most people are not mentally prepared for what the world will now look like.
