Lord Doctor Olle WI just ordered the ingredients for two beers I’m going to brew for the Swedish national homebrew championship in Umeå in May.
They’re going to have the same base ingredients, but different yeasts and amounts. I’ve never used either yeast, and not the hops either so it’s a bit of a gamble. But it will be fun at least.
