Theolodian@kkremitzki where this falls down in my experience, is that no one wants my input. At least not in the UK, staying in your lane is all that matters here.
@theolodian Yeah, it's a tough situation; my experience is admittedly limited but one of the impressions I've gotten of the UK is "socially calcified"--all I might suggest in response is to reroute your outputs to somewhere not dependent on those people's receptiveness :/ I know there are good folks there, they just don't always have the stage or microphone
