The article notes the larger boxes were not sold direct to consumers...

But what about following that path further... as those boxes were probably packaged into smaller bags/containers and sold at retail... but they don't list the final sales locations.

The FDA listing page is sparse on info - which may be why the article doesn't have anything further...
