Report: Francesca Albanese's family is suing the US govt over its sanctions for criticising Israel's genocide.

The US "breached Albanese’s First, Fourth & Fifth Amendment rights, unreasonably seized her property without due process, & violated sanctions laws."

"The complaint asked the court to call the sanctions unconstitutional."

Albanese has also been cut off from her Washington home & assets.
