DEI policy has provided opportunity, employment, benefits etc to all minorities across the western world. That by definition requires the reallocation of those thing. Now who loses out in this situation (cos someone is losing out) turns out to be predominantly straight white men.

The reason your argument is fascist propaganda is because it ignores the hundreds of years of discrimination and disenfranchisement that groups of people have suffered under the racial caste system of settler colonialist capitalism with white men acting as the enforcers of oppression. This system was created by the capitalist class but we are all oppressed by this system.
