I see that people mention using their eurorack modules in a « pet free environment » very often when they sale their stuff on the second hand market.

Does it make any difference?

@smonff One word - "Cats"

They shed tiny static hairs that get everywhere. They climb on equipment. They are a menace to delicate electronics, imho.
