Tucci Pan Review

Stanley Tucci has a set of cookware named after him that GreenPan sells. I've got these two pans: I forget where they came from exactly, some silent auction or something, but I unboxed and started using them about 8 months ago. I was so hyped the first few months! Ultra extremely non-stick Washing them with a soft sponge is nearly effortless because of how non-stick they are.

@chriscoyier from my understanding that's the nature of non-stick pans?

Not sure if you are looking for recommendations, but every 3-4 years I just buy these All-Clad non-stick. The coating is pretty durable, the pan has some weight to it that I personally like, and they retain their heat well. My biggest nit is that I find their handles to be uncomfortable. They used to be $60 for the set, but it seems those days are over. 😅

@sel I think you’re right that’s just the deal. I guess I bristle that it’s like secret knowledge you just need to come across. They can’t just be honest on their website because if they were they’d sell zero pans.
