Bitch Cannon could be impeached by congress, if it’s a bad enough wipeout for the Republicans in the midterms I could see some of them turning on Trump and cutting his little network up to make themselves look better. Assuming they don’t decide to go scorched earth and impeach, convict, and execute Trump.

Well that’s because the courts avoid defining what an emergency is in every single case. No court is ultimately willing to limit his power. Even the last tariff case was shot down because the law he used didn’t have language about tariffs in them, not because it wasn’t an emergency.
