Why does Xcode on my laptop keep asking me for permission to allow Codex to use the MCP server?

I seem to remember needing to do something to fix this on my desktop machine, but I can't remember what it was!

@neilinglis ah, no, this is still with 26.3 rc 2. I hit some other issues with 26.4, but I haven't tried the latest release of it. Thanks for the pointer!

@samdeane you don't need to go to 26.4 yet, we released 26.3 fully today!
