Paul Turnbull has moved.🇨🇦@chad Of the above, Chicken Noodle, but I really love proper Japanese ramen. I've started making my own shoyu ramen and plan to branch out into other varieties this summer.
@chad That's the fun thing about making it at home. I can mess around with ingredients. I actually like the egg although I've yet to really master it yet. I found this book last year that is fun and and great cookbook at the same time.
