The level of non-professionalism by Adafruit lately is quite impressive. People are fed up with genAI and LLMs being shoved in their faces everywhere, it’s robbing me of so much joy and energy encountering slop on the internet day after day, the impact on the climate is devastating and when a company, a company that is heavily community focussed proudly shows they have been producing slop for years, people are understandably frustrated, appalled, even angry. This is a backlash you as a company will have to either live with, or you could try to better yourselves… you are after all a very community focussed company.
