“Upon surrendering the credential, you will be issued a new credential reflecting the gender identification consistent with statutory requirements.”
So this time they still get to have their licenses. Its absolutely bullshit, and ridiculous, and abuse of power, and harassment, but just a baby step away from full on revoking of licenses.
