At tomorrow’s Foreign Affairs Council, the EU aims to adopt the 20th sanctions package. Hungary will block it. Until Ukraine resumes oil transit to Hungary and Slovakia via the Druzhba pipeline, we will not allow decisions important to Kyiv to move forward.

@timkmak #Ukraine did offer to deliver oil at the same price as #Hungary and #Slovakia pays today for the #russian oil, but the oil would be from other sources and piped via the #Druzhba that hasn't been damaged west of the pumping station russia had destroyed themselves. Both #orban and #fico has declined the offer, as they are more keen on helping russia than provide oil to their countries.
