After years of procrastination, I finally localized Working Copy into German, but it was difficult as some Git terminology should not be translated but still needs to be conjugated for German grammar.

@palmin for German git terminology there's this (humorous) repo of translations. Also into local dialects.
Please don't use it though. At least not as a default, but maybe as an easter egg? 😏

@palmin do you have a list of translations somewhere that we can have a look? Already submitted a feedback but there are some translations that can be improved even if they are not „that wrong“ - they could just sound better…

To compare the English version vs German I always need to switch languages which is too much of an effort for me.

Besides that - software should be developed in English my German friends 😝
