100%. Did it to spend more time with my son but even when he'll need me a bit less I probably would not go back to a 40 hour work week.

@tante exactly the same here. In the Job Interview they asked "If your children are getting older, can you do 100% again?"" I lied and said yes. But I will never return to it. 80% ist enough for me. But I know that it is very privileged to have a Job which allows that.
