Tajiya Sahay crowns Miss Cook Islands 2025 Tiare Henry-Anguna in Avarua, Rarotonga
Tajiya Eikura Sahay competed against six other Miss Cook Islands 2019 candidates at the Te Are Karioi Nui in Rarotonga, Cook Islands on October 26, 2019. She won the title.
On October 31, 2025, Sahay went back to Te Are Karioi Nui where she crowned her successor Tiarē Henry-Anguna. The latter will represent the Cook Islands at Miss World 2026.

The Cook Islands were represented in Miss World in 1987 by Michelle Leone Oberg, in 1988 by Annie Wigmore, in 1990 by Angela Manarang, in 2016 by Natalia Asinata Simahite Short, in 2017 by Alanna Matamaru Matenga Smith, in 2018 by Reihanna Maire Koteka-Wiki and in 2019 by Sahay. Short finished in the Top 20, Koteka-Wiki finished in the Top 30 and Sahay finished in the Top 12.
Silas Tuaputa and Louisa Purea represented the Cook Islands in Miss International in 2017 and 2018, respectively. They were both unplaced.
Teau Moana McKenzie represented the Cook Islands in Miss Grand International in 2018. She was unplaced.
