Today's sourdough bread and my first successful attempt at a banneton. I didn't have rice flour, but I grinded a bunch up a bunch of dry rice in a blender and it worked!

I tried making a leafy pattern on one side and it came through a little bit. I probably need to go a little deeper next time.
