Did a quick search and some page I found claims the term means the following:

The term 'Homo puppy' symbolizes how humans have evolved to embody traits of friendliness and sociability, diverging from their more aggressive ancestors. It reflects the idea that our very survival and success as a species are rooted in our capacity for cooperation and social bonding, akin to how domesticated animals, especially dogs, exhibit more juvenile, approachable characteristics.And I mean.. It kinda fits doesn't it? ^^
