)The netcup support, which is usually very quick with answering questions (or at least acknowledging them) has yet to answer.. do they have a lot to do or don't they like people finding out what their hardware supports? :P
Something else is going on here, I think.. Probably something to do with how the VPSs are provided, virtualisation etcetc, stuff I know almost nothing about.. :P

cat /proc/cpuinfo, it doesn't have the flag "LSE" (which is where you should look according to GTS's docs whether or not you can install the proper version or the experimental, unsupported one..)Considering just getting an x86 vps and check since support is so slow..... UpCloud 🔜 KubeCon Europe@vae I can tell you that the server this instance runs on has
sse4_1 and sse4_2 in /proc/cpuinfo and if you get a VPS from us, it will have that as well ^^@upcloud hah, not a bad sales-pitch! And I have considered if it might be worth paying a little extra just to get some sort of "built-in" backup.. :P
