While I know an indie publisher can't afford it, it would be lovely if a lawyer stepped up to take this case pro bono. It would be really good to see the discovery there, and I'd love to see these shitbags nailed to the wall for this.

@joenash But which TikTok? There are 3 now. Very frustrating the article doesn't mention which TikTok the genAI were displayed on / which customer support they contacted. The 3 TikTok are all increasingly different with different features and policies. Really bad journalism.
