Does your R-script work on your computer? Want to make it fully reproducible on ANY system, now and in the future? In this video, I demonstrate how to turn R scripts into reproducible, version-controlled projects with worcs, renv, targets, and testthat to verify reproducibility. https://youtu.be/3mgRFMr5APU
Make Existing R Code Reproducible with 'worcs' and 'targets'

@cjvanlissa Really nice demo! I love the argument of "work reproducibly to be kind to your future self"!! We created the Renku platform to address some of these problems - specifically to package all of the project resources together in a way to make them one-click (re)usable. Feel free to try it out: https://renkulab.io - in the next release we are adding support for building images with renv dependencies which would map really well to the workflow you present in the video!

Work together on data science projects reproducibly. Share code, data and computational environments whilst accessing free computing resources.

@rrrrrok excellent! My dream is that the European Open Science Cloud or similar party will adopt a platform like yours, and let universities issue certificates to verify repo's reproducibility. We also have a grant to pilot a similar system in NL, maybe we should talk!
@cjvanlissa yes definitely! We are taking part in EOSC and hoping to spread some of these ideas there. I'd be very happy to chat anytime about possible collaboration!
