You reward a bunch of mouth breathers by placing them beyond the reach of the law and *gasp* they act like the law doesn't apply to them. Because it doesn't they can rape and kill and drive drunk 'cause Cheeto Caesar will always pardon his new private army lieutenants.
Not a bug, its a feature. The more crime they do, the more they owe Trump for any freedoms they enjoy and the more depraved the acts they will do for him.
