In tonight’s State of the Union address, President Trump is expected to make policy announcements and we’re hearing he could go on for up to three hours. He’s certain to break his own record from last year of 99 minutes (technically not a SOTU) and Bill Clinton’s long-winded 88 minutes in 2000.
