I was thinking about building something like that at one point but decided not to because you wouldn't be able to use a bike lane or a trail, it wouldn't be able to go as fast as a motorcycle, and it wouldn't be as reliable as an eBike. I'm not sure that spending $500 on a laugh would be worth it.
