Watching a streamer try to solo the gank fight just before the end of #EldenRing #ShadowOfTheErdtree and while it's certainly a valiant thing to attempt, I've always felt in my bones that the developers really wanted you to disrespect that particular fight.

@tess The one fight I still have to do some time in the Elden Ring DLC.

Died so many times that I'm out of resources to craft anything.

@patnat in talking about the Leda & co. fight.

PCR is absolutely supposed to be respected. It's one of the best bosses in any game, ever.

@tess It's PCR for me...or a a mini-Boss that looks like a sunflower with briars.

There seems to be something more to discover behind this mini-Boss.

I think I'll give it a shot and only try PCR again when I found some more Scadutree Fragments.

@patnat PCR is a beast. But basically you need enough defense, health, and recovery that you can survive a mistake or two.

That kind of survivability is especially important when the boss can take you out with a couple of hits no matter how tough you are. The difference between "everything is a one-hit" or "I have to chug three times to top off" and "I can weather a hit or two and drink quickly to top off" is absolutely massive.
