Thoughts on #Omarchy before getting rid of it and going #CachyOS + #Niri

1. Installer is nice, has an RPG-like feel to it and while being keyboard base, it's pretty intuitive and easy to use
2. Predefined themes look really good
3. It is too bloated for my liking, I understand the purpose but prefer the minimal setup approach, specially regarding installed apps
4. DHH

Taking it as learning experience, seeing it is a script, I am now curious about making my own to fit my needs.

@hyuchia IMHO the issue with these kinds of configs is that they are not made to be understood but they polished to be pseudo distribution but without any form of packaging quality that you would expect from distribution in Fedora/openSUSE or even Arches on packages, mentioning RPM based distributions first here since they require a higher level of polishing usually for enterprise usage.
If you want a custom config I recommend something that is designed to be understood, start small.
