8am. Still snowing. Lots of downed branches — heavy snow. A couple of trees also down. Hopefully no more come down during the day.

Oh well. We had four trees of about 50' each come down across the driveway, what I was hoping would not happen... Fortunately no damage, just a lot of work to clear them and clean up.

A lot of work yesterday. Bow saw was busy! I was exhausted by the end — great, unplanned workout! Still have to get roots out of the ground, side branches off and move the trunks into the woods — and then replace vegetation on the hill, to reduce erosion. I could see about hiring a tree crew, but they're probably so busy right now, I don't think they'd get to it any sooner than I can do it — staged, of course. Use a chainsaw or the bow saw?
