None of these terms have any meaning without a legal framework in place, which the US/EU/UK/Israel have shred into pieces for years, being the most aggressive violators of what was in place before

Was there a threat by #Venezuela #Cuba #Grenada #Serbia .... and so on the list goes on and on after ww2
