Ordered my #Kobo e-reader three days ago.
Their website still says "Authorizing," even though my credit card cleared the transaction immediately.

Now my main kobo account is mysteriously locked out and the support guy has left me on Read for an hour.

Not a great first impression.

I got an email earlier today that my account was unlocked. I was able to log in.
(The e-reader ordering system is separate from the #Kobo store, and you authenticate by using your email address and order number (which you got in an email). Great, great, great.)

My order went from Authorizing to Processing in the last hour.

96 hours to process a credit card transaction.

HOW?

I reiterated that I wanted my expedited shipping ($9.99) refunded. Waiting to hear back.

#KoboAdventure Day Five:

They refunded my shipping fee and it's now being prepped for shipping.

It took a while to get there, but I'm happy with the customer service outcome!
