Palantir Technologies is suing Republik Magazine over an investigation into Palantir’s activities in Switzerland, published in December 2025. The lawsuit demands a counterstatement and is currently being heard by the Zurich Commercial Court.

@republik_magazin Ive read the article, and I saw nothing defamatory. I’m sorry they’re coming after you, Thiel makes a hobby of destroying publications that don’t bow down. I don’t know Swiss law, but I’m sure it’s more rational than our oligarchical worship center, and I wish you the best of luck.

RM will get the money back when the case is thrown out but by then they'll be out of business
