@randahl the specific hours of training cut from the program (legal use of force, firearms training, etc) seem more strategically geared toward maximizing lethality than simple incompetence while churning out forces to meet quotas.

Although I.C.E. training has been cloaked in secrecy for a long time, documents from one to two decades ago show that I.C.E. recruits have always been trained in violent escalation and how to evade legal accountability. I.C.E. has to be abolished
