It’s weird how mainstream stuff like sleep paralysis gets while people still have no idea what it’s like.
People just think it’s “dreaming but awake” or just a hallucination.
To be fair, I’ve never experienced it nor do I have any desire to. That’s just the sentiments I’ve gotten over the years.
