It looks like it is trending to have a half-baked product, and when you try to contact support, you get a completely out of context AI answer, with no way to contact a real human.
But it looks like that is the future.
@tcvetkovic I had a conversation about exactly that today. "We're 60% there. Ship it and forget about it." seems like the new norm.

@merlinrebrovic Several years ago, I decided not to use a task management tool because I was skeptical it would be acquired and/or turned off, and I was right in the end.

But even worse is that yesterday I had an experience with one website that had support, but it was actually some “AI” pretending to be human answering support emails, and got the context completely wrong. I had an issue with login, so not something trivial.
