@mgifford I think they got the risks right, but when they start a section with

I just hear them making excuses. Tell somebody to do it, and if they don't do it, fire them.
I've often thought that the federal government could team up with provincial governments and create a few regional datacenters (Atlantic, Central, Prairies, Pacific) that work as fail-overs for each other. No need to involve foreign companies. SSC can be the cloud provider.
Maybe the world is lucky I'm not in charge of anything.
