To me, this chapter really highlighted how much of a "battlefield" journalism is. The chapter really emphasized how much journalists and journalism organizations compete against each other, fighting for the most capital. Also with the US Press becoming less and less free, it makes journalism much more complicated and difficult to navigate. #so315

@ju1028 I also had a similar thought to how journalism was being described within this chapter. The emphasis and urge for gaining the most capital has now completely blurred the lines of what the journalism field was meant to do for the public as well, which I feel is making them lose profit, since people aren't as trusting or reliant on it anymore, it seems. #so315
