@carol I was stuck in the middle of publishing a group crates, finally managed to publish them one by one from the workspace (with 10 minutes gap between). https://crates.io/crates/bergshamra Please have a look if you have free time :)

@kushal @carol There's throttling on crates.io to slow down publications. When I publish my PACs usually a minute between was enough.
