Still need to ask the LowRISC people whatever happened to their own planned SoC/Raspberry Pi clone. I know about the Ibex processor, but that feels closer to both Arduino scale, but also bunnie's Precursor FPGA project due to its emphasis on security. Plus it was never made available beyond individual $300+ units from Mouser like it's a Freescale design.
