I mean it's not bad, it's just a weird combination: mozzarella pairs really well with heavy spices and stuff like basalmic vinegar or red wine, but you don't normally get the kind of fermented spices you find in kimchi with anything that would go near mozzarella. It's like an Italian Asian fusion, and it's hella weird.
