Mezcal negroni in a mason jar (because I didn't feel like straining it out into my earlier glass) as I cook up some spam and eggs (Indian spiced, burji-style - see altTxt)
(Kid wanted some of the eggs too).
I guess I was peckish - should have had more for dinner.

@culturednyc @JSteven Not made it to Hawaii (yet). We don't spam too often (and if not a novelty/flavored spam - such as this tocino* - I use the low sodium kind). Haven't tried other similar "luncheon meat" [though Taylor pork roll]
Spam is big in Okinawa - I stopped to take a pic at this stall in Naha some years ago (didn't buy - I'm not that big a fan). I made kid spam musubi styled food (this pic from 2021, birthday lunch request)
