installing the 3DFX tools made me agree to a EULA.

I wonder if there's any legal weight to signing a eula for a company that doesn't exist

@foone The classic "I am not a lawyer" applies, but nvidia did buy the rights to 3DFX's stuff, so in theory they would inherit some degree of ownership over whatever 3DFX was doing.

But I'm sure it's way more convoluted than that as far as what actually gets a 'successorship' as it were.
