There's got to be a way to facilitate this through the fediverse, right? I mean, there's hundreds if not thousands of folks here who are ADHD, and plenty of others who would benefit.

Also FYI, the profile for the @actuallyadhd group says that putting a ! before the name of a fedigroups.social group means the post won't be boosted. So you can mention the groups to someone without everyone following the group getting the post.
