This is just a fantastic interview with Tony Gilroy. If you liked Andor—which you should, because it’s amazing—give it a read.

“They’re putting together a coffee table book, The Art of Andor, and they asked me to write a foreword for it… So I finally opened the book, and I was like, “Oh my God.” Every page has ideas that we talked about over the course of a million meetings, and it’s just so good.” Tony Gilroy 1/2 https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-features/andor-creator-tony-gilroy-gives-the-interview-1236510166/

@dmoren And he made the best movie ever about corporate malfeasance and morality from an amoral character: "Michael Clayton". If you haven't seen it plan to do so this week.
@spride Just watched it a few weeks ago! Great flick.
@dmoren
Why is Nigel Tufnel the thumbnail though
@negative12dollarbill I think that's just the profile of the account on BlueSky that posted it...
@dmoren @siracusa We just need the physical release now!
Will pick up the book.

@dmoren

Why is Chris Guest as Nigel Tufnel in the thumbnail though?

Not about to find out unfortunately, because I don’t enjoy Blueskys practices, nor do I care for ‘bait’ in headlines.

@dmoren That was a great interview. So much we no longer needed to read between the lines for.

Also, I bought a physical copy of Andor on Blu-Ray after reading the interview so I don’t have to worry about Disney taking it offline or making any edits due to “influences”. What a crazy time we live in.
