Levelbot is clearly speaking about the US Congress and Presidency vs #SCOTUS today.
The dissenting judges rendering opinions about #tariffs clearly do not know how the #Constitution is supposed to work, but neither did the SCOTUS that rendered The War Powers Act constitutional based on "inherent" presidential powers when there's no such thing. Constitutional powers are enumerated, not inherent.

SCOTUS needs to learn that neither it nor the President nor the Congress can make changes to the Constitution without the Amendment process. #Cavanaugh in particular needs to learn that HOW a legal matter establishes the how-tos via Congress alone. SCOTUS has no power to establish the HOW of the way that any law gets executed.
