Started what we thought was a small building project to replace our front porch. So far we've had to remove an unexpected thick concrete roof on the old porch, move and replace 15 metres of drainage, and discovered our water supply comes through a 100 year old rusty steel pipe with about 10mm internal bore, so that needs replaced all the way out to the street, which will damage our beech hedge and stop us parking in the driveway for a few weeks.

Maybe next week the actual build will begin.

@neilinglis We did realise that. Plus we should get enough water pressure to run more than one tap at once, which has been a constant annoyance in this house 🤣
