Happy Beer Street becomes Edmonton's newest entertainment district
City council unanimously voted on Wednesday to create the city’s third district, alongside ones on Rice Howard Way and a section of 104 Street. Entertainment districts are places where alcohol can be purchased and consumed within a specific area during pedestrian-friendly events.
