Anon OpinI'm convinced themed Monopoly boards are money laundering. Hasbro releases about a hundred every year, and yet I can't imagine there's a significant market for "Monopoly but the board is based on the movie Elf". Who is buying them all?
Duncan Stephen@anon_opin I would guess they are very cheap to make (the core game mechanics are in place, they just need to change the labels for things), and an easy way to grab a bit of cash from fans and collectors of other brands.
