@siracusa re: file saving models-you accidentally picked the worst example. ever since FCP X launched 14 years ago you do not save as you work. The file format is a database of incremental changes-so you can have undo that goes back to your start of the edit. When you quit it commits the changes to the file, which is a bundle. The bundle also will have sym links to the media of the project-meaning you copy the file you copy all the media with it. #askatp no other video editor works this way.
